Rope in Seattle is a curated resource: we don’t list certain events if we lack confidence that they meet our standards. We assess events on a case by case basis, but common reasons we wouldn’t list an event include:
- We lack confidence that the instructor/organizer models good consent practices.
- We lack confidence that the instructor teaches good consent practices.
- We lack confidence that an event is safe to attend.
We are generally not able to provide specific information about why we don’t list a specific event.
